Alce Nero organic acacia honey features a light colour, a floral aroma with hints of vanilla and an overall delicate taste. Harvesting takes place between May and June in the regions of Tuscany, Piedmont, Emilia-Romagna and Lombardy. After the honey is extracted by mechanical centrifugation, it is left to decant, then filtered and packaged without ever undergoing heat treatments for its preservation.
