This small Pu-Erh tea cake was restored after the traditional Sheng method, so it is not fermented like other other Pu-Erh cakes, except raw.
The extremely versatile flavor of this raised Pu-Erhs is both fruity, as well as pleasant herb. The yellow bag color reads a certain freshness already.
There Beeng Cha also came from other tea cakes from Simao in Yunnan.
